Cross- and linear-tables

 

 

Our linear axis and cross tables are a logical conduction of our program for the engraving and milling machines 

and stand their test in a range of services. 

The axis are marked through the following characteristics:

- high stability through special shape out of steel 

- T-groove 14H8 mm for the easy connection to the clamp systems

- support plate out of whetted steel for the connection to the table plate or th 2.axis 

- prestressed linear guidance from THK with high guidance accuracy 

- ball screw THK with double nut (5 mm increase, diameter 16 mm)

- lubrication capabilities for the guidance and the ball screw 

- direct drive over coupling elements 

- bellows can be optional also with plate fins covering 

- motor direct or turned around over timing belt 

- attached construction from foreign motor possible 

- surfaces of the axis are nickle-plated against corrosion 

- feed range : 200 mm, 350 mm, 500 mm combinable as cross-table 

- headroom 88 mm, width 190 mm, weight 35-40 kg per axis

- repeated accuracy with Körner-servomotor: 0,005 mm
