1992 - establishment of the company by Michael Körner
- introduction of the full digital DDC- control 532S
1993 - beginning of the manufacturing of the first machines from the type CNC500
- already the first exports to adjacent countries
1994 - CNC1000A as large sized milling machine for plate production
- integration of the 4. axis into the control
1995 - CNC500 is offered as CNC500G with more equipment
- moved into the new business building
1996 - Metav Düsseldorf- introduction of the CNC6007G with more working space
1997 - EMO Hannover- introduction of the CNC607GK with steel cab and withdrawal system
for graphite dust
1998 - Körner machines are now equipped with Windows 98
- new algorithms improve the course behavior
- modification of stapler automats for the show industry
- overseas shipping to USA, Indonesia, China, Australia
1999 - EMO Paris- introduction of the CNC505GK as the small brother of the CNC607GK
- new round changer for the machines
- 5- axis - free formed surfaces polish with the CNC832S- 115
2000 - certifying according to the DIN-EN-ISO 9001
- supplement of basis plants for laser processing- XY- concept or XYZ- plant
- production of the HSC10080G with Heidenhain TNC430 as fivefold machine
2001 - introduction of the BA2000 in polymer casting as high-rigid precision variant for high-carbon steel milling
2002 - introduction of the BA2001 with polymer rack, 10,3 kW main spindle and the HSK F-63 with polymer frame;
Heidenhain control, tool measuring system
- Euromold December- exposition of the BA2001
2003 - January- purchase of the machine factory trough the CreativeTec; society for precision
systems ltd.
- continuation among the old management with new banks and our proven developers and service technicians
- introduction of the CNC1500- large sized processing high-rigid and dynamically 1500mmx 125mmx 300mm
- March/April distribution of the first large-sized plants CNC1500S
2004 - introduction of our Magic 550; HSC- milling system with mineral casting rack for excellent
long-term accuracy, compact measures despite the large processing room; available as 3-axis, 4-axis
and 5-axis-mchine with many options
2005 - new AC-control for the Magic 550, with feed till 45m/min in cooperation with the milling producer Pokolm
2006 - further development of our Magic550, as well as many special developments and
realization of dust-free milling of zircon in dental technique
- development and production of scanner cabinets for dental technique
In the meantime many further projects and special solutions were developed, which are partly used
worldwide since years. From many 6-axis Gantry over user-specific special solutions till different
low-cost-solutions for entrepreneur.
